Ashlin's doll was very cute and it looked homemade. Emily actually had something similar from her own childhood that her mom made her. It was stuffed baby kangaroo named Kanga that now resides on her bedside night stand as a silent protector from her nightmares.
York's sudden appearance startled her, even with an injury the man had the stealth of a ninja!
She turned and gave Agent Ninja a smile, "Actually York I was planning on offering rides to several of our party, there's no way I'll let any drive home in their current conditions. If my conscience didn't kill me George certainly would for letting drunks drive on Greenvale roads!"
God knows I don't need him any angrier with me.
York's comment about 'warm-blooded males" caused her to frown as it brought flashes of Anna's corpse lying in the cold morgue and from the crime scene. She shuddered, it was possibly a 'warm-blooded male' she knew who bit off Anna's tongue, gutted her and strung her from that damn tree. The thought made her sick.
She focused her gaze on Bo-Bo hoping to clear her unhappy thoughts and then hesitantly said, "I guess we better go back in...then. Tamika, I look forward to your next song! Let's hope Brad doesn't drown you out like Todd!"

"He does." Ashlin said with a warmer smile, giving the doll a little squeeze. Bo-Bo always made her feel better, had since she was a child. Her one constant. When Agent York Ash stayed silent. She wasn't really sure what to think of the man. He'd seemed nice enough at first but then he seemed to be making fun of her . . . He was very confusing. She wasn't used to not knowing if someone was making fun of her, they normally made it rather clear that they were.
Ash was a bit confused by the 'warm blooded male' comment since she was under the impression all mammals were warm blooded. She decided to dismiss it though since she'd already made one such mistake earlier, and instead focus on Emily's comment about Tamika's singing. She'd missed Todd and Tamika going up in all her mental flailing over Brad being a doctor (which she was feeling much calmer about), and Michael touching her thigh. Ashlin was curious to hear her now though, since Emily made it sound like she had a nice voice. She also made it sound like Todd didn't, so maybe missing out wasn't a total lose.

The FBI agent had left, Atticus was drunk, Michael was drunk, and the newcomer seemed to be coming onto the hazy man in the white suit. It was an odd scenario surrounding Brad, and for once he didn't quite know what to think of things. In light of this, he opted to go set up the karaoke machine for the next song. When Tamika re-entered the bar, he immediately waved her over to the mics and pointed out the song he'd chosen. "We can do it all together, or you can do chorus and I'll do verse? Your choice." he asked.

"I can take Atlas home, Emily," Tamika suddenly suggested. She hadn't originally intended to try taking the drunk lawyer home, and most certainly did not want to be stuck alone in a car with him. But...who knows what he might see during the night. If he suddenly freaks out because of the shadows, he might cause Emily to get in an accident. If Tamika took her home, at least she would know what he was freaking out about.
Tamika then gave York a confused and disgusted look at his 'warm-blooded male' comment. "What the hell is he implying? Actually, no. I don't want to know. Now fuck you Morgan. I'm just going to sing, haul Atlas's drunk ass home, and you're not going to fuck up my night anymore than it already is." "I'm going to head back inside," was all Tamika said as she moved around Agent Morgan and back into the crowded bar.
From the door, she couldn't see the table that well. What she could see was Brad waving at her from the karaoke machine. She headed over there and then raised an eyebrow at the song he picked. "One Week by Barenaked Ladies? What the fuck?" "Um...how about we do it all together?" Tamika then picked up her mic and glanced at Brad. "Well, let's see if you can actually sing Mr. Smith."

The music started, and so did the singing. As expected, Tamika sounded like a singing goddess, but the real surprise was Brad. While he couldn't match his duet partner in talent, he certainly knew what he was doing.
It's been...one week since you looked at me... cocked your head to the side and said you're angry...
With the first chorus done, the tricky part came up and both singers started rapping.
...you'll think you're looking like aquaman... I summon fish to the dish although I like the chalet swiss... I like the sushi 'cause it's never touched a frying pan...
The beat was finally getting to Brad and with a large smile on his face started to dance, first simply in tune with the beat, then almost exactly like the singer had in music video for the song.
Chickity China, the Chinese chicken... Have a drumstick and your brain stops tickin'... Watchin' X-Files with no lights on... We're dans la maison... I hope the Smoking Man's in this one...
Seeing the large smile on Tamika's face as well as her getting into the dancing as well made him even more energetic. She appeared very happy, and that's what he had done this for. And when the song ended, he stood still, waiting for the reaction from the audience.

Todd moved over to Emily's empty seat by the bummed looking lawyer. He watched in puzzlement as he stumbled to the bathrooms earlier. Who was he looking for? Was he looking for his keys? Todd bet Emily took the lawyer's too when he wasn't looking.
Mr. Cool FBI Agent had left a moment ago. Todd pouted. Why was everyone leaving the awesome table? It didn't make sense!? At least the Hoff, Lawyer, Kev and Mikey were still here. He reached over an grabbed a fry off Atlas' plate.
"Hey man are you okay? Can I have a fry? Thanks! If you are looking for your keys I'm sure Em' took them. She took mine!" Todd laughed, "I don't know why, I'm perfectly cool to drive. It's not my fault things are blurry for some reason. I think she just wants to add to her CAR COLLECTION!"
With this last statement he put his arm around Atlas and gave him a hug, "So don't be sad bro, I'll make her give them back to you!"

"That's very responsible of you, Emily!" York said approvingly. "I'd also say that if your conscience didn't kill you, the drunk drivers in question might kill themselves or someone else, so you're saving more than your own life tonight."
He had two fingers pressed to the side of his head as the group walked back into the bar. While Tamika and Brad took the stage, he turned to Ashlin and said in a low voice, "Zach wants to know where Bo-Bo came from and if he has any hobbies besides protecting you."
He shrugged after delivering this message. "I'm assuming he's talking about your little stuffed friend there. By the way, if you're bothered about the purple-haired kid taking your spot next to Michael, you can have mine. All that dancing up there is going to make me feel guilty for sitting down."

"How kind of you Tamika, you giving Atlas a ride will be a big help!"
She followed the group back inside and took Todd's old seat as he was currently sitting in hers and....hugging Atlas? She gave the two a questioning look, what did she miss while she was outside?
She cheered as Tamika and Brad took to the stage. It was hard to stay in her seat though and she ended up gravitating towards the two moving side to side to the beat. They were having so much fun up there it was infectious!
Emily laughed and yelled, "Atlas! Todd! Stop making out and join the dance party over here!"

Tamika couldn't stop smiling after she finished singing. "I thought you said you didn't have a good voice! That was awesome! Thanks so much Brad!" Then suddenly, Tamika gave Brad a quick hug. She wasn't sure why she did that. All she knew was that this was the best she had felt in years, and it was his fault. Then pulling away from him, she said, still smiling, "Well, I better go drag Atlas's drunk ass home before he does anything stupid. See you tomorrow Brad!" Tamika then turned and headed back toward the table to find the drunk lawyer.
Once she got back to the table, her smile faded as her jaw hung open at the scene before her. "Is Todd...hugging Atlas? Well, so much for getting him home before he did anything stupid." Tapping both Todd and Atlas, Tamika asked sounding quite shocked, "Excuse me, am I interrupting something?"

When Tamika finally showed up, Atlas thew Todd off. "No, you weren't interrupting nothing." Atlas said. "Do you know where my car keys are. I've stayed here long enough. He said something about Emily having my keys." he turned to Todd "That push...was for stealing my fries...never mess....with another man's fries, ya hear?"
He fished around in his pocket for a bit, before pulling out a set of keys. "Ahh, here they are." Atlas exclaimed. "Alright then, time to go. Have a good night Tamika!" he said as he got up from his chair. He made it all of a few feet before stumbling down. "Ahh" he yelped. "On second thought...I'll need help driving home..."

Tamika backed away slightly as Atlas pushed Todd off him. Comical though it was, she wasn't sure being stuck in a car with a guy that got pissed at someone stealing his fries was a good thing. Then Atlas got up and tried to leave the bar. Tamika was about to protest when he fell over.
"No kidding," Tamika muttered as she pulled Atlas up off the floor. Then she put his arm around her shoulders and helped lead him out of the bar.

Back at the table, Brad watched the fiasco of Tamika and Atticus. There's a good chance that man will have a hangover in the morning. I'm curious if it will affect him at the cemetary. With his purpose at the bar having just walked out the door, he decided it was time for him to follow suit.
"Everyone, it was a pleasure to meet you. Have a goodnight." he quickly blurted out before heading out the door. Right outside, he ran into Tamika and Atticus. She hadn't removed the 3D glasses all night, so Brad thought to remind her of something.
"Hey Tamika, remember, sometimes you need to look at the world through a different lens to see what's really there. Goodnight and drive carefully." he told the young redhead, all the while tapping the glasses on her head gently. With that said he walked to his bike, put on his helmet, started it up, and drove back to his hotel for some well deserved rest. Tomorrow is gonna be a big day. I have a huge mystery to work on!

Michael was....very confused. Who was this guy? Why was he pouring him vodka? He already had a drink. His bleary eyes wandered aimlessly for a moment, as if searching for an answer somewhere - they fell upon the cigarette that York left in the ashtray, pupils going out of focus for a moment.
At least, until Kevin looped his arm around his waist. He jumped, back arching away from the arm as best as he could - and a wince crossing his features. As he did this, some sort of hard bar beneath the back of his jacket would collide with Kevin's arm, laying diagonally against Michael's back. A distinct look of discomfort crossed his face, jaw giving a little quiver before he tried to answer the question. What was this guy DOING?
"My name is Michael...that is me...now...could you please stop touching me?" He had rhymed 'me' with 'me.' He found himself not caring so much. A desperate glance around the bar revealed that a few had now left, leaving him feeling confused and disoriented and currently quite uncomfortable with this stranger's arm around him. He finished his second drink, staring with disdain at the vodka afterwards.

“I’ve seen people do a lot of creepy stuff while they are drunk, but rhyming? That’s something new...” Kevin felt kind of strange for a moment, he couldn’t really figure out why this guy was trying to rhyme while speaking. “Oh well, as long as I drag him into my bed, doesn’t matter.”
“Nice to meet you, Michael.” Kevin smiled at him sweetly, not even slightly intimidated by the sword on his back. It definitely wasn’t the first time he was groping someone with weapons on them. Actually he lost a count of how many people carrying all sorts of weapons (from knives to grenade launchers) he had groped a long time ago.
And this Michael guy was way too attractive to let go off him that easily, besides, what was the worst he could do? He definitely wouldn’t attack him in front of all those people, especially in his current condition.
“Really, I strongly advice you drink that.” Kevin pointed at the glass with vodka. “It’ll make you feel much better. I promise.” He said almost caringly, slightly patting Michael’s arm.

"I'm not really sure." she confessed to Agent York in reference to Bo-Bo. " We've been together for as long as I can remember." She wondered for a moment if Agent York was making fun of her, but he'd been talking about Zach this whole time, so maybe he wasn't. She decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, mostly because Emily seemed to like him and Emily had been very nice to her all night. "He likes Soap Operas actually. I don't really watch much TV but I've started watching them with him when I'm not busy."
When they reentered the bar Ashlin had been feeling far better than when she left it. She felt decidedly less so though, when she saw the man with blue-purple hair draping himself over Michael. There was a slight burning her gut, an unpleasant feeling, as if she had just eaten something that did not agree with her. For a second she wondered why she felt this way, but the thought left her when she saw the look of panic on Michael's face. Of course! Michael didn't like being touched, and this person didn't seem to want to stop touching him.
Moving quickly back to the table she took what had been Brad's seat (he had taken her seat, she thought, for some reason indignant.) "Michael? Is everything alright?" she asked in concern, shooting a look of suspicion, and almost dislike at the man she'd been introduced to briefly (and what was his name again?) She wasn't quite sure what was going on here but Michael seemed more uncomfortable than he had before (maybe it had been a bad idea to drag Michael over? But everyone had been so nice it seemed. . . ) and the other man was the cause of it. And Ash did not like it, not one bit.
