Who: Emily, Ashlin, Open to all females (and Kevin) What: What it says on the tin of salmon Where: Emily's house
Ashlin slung her duffle bag (bright purple with pictures of various cartoon style sea creatures) over her shoulder as she locked her car. She was both excited and nervous as she made her way to Emily's door. She'd never been to a sleepover before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Still it was Emily and Emily had been such a lovely friend to her since she'd come to Greenvale (and of course she had Bo-Bo with her) so she was sure there was nothing to worry about. Taking a deep breath she knocked twice on Emily's door and waited.

Emily jumped when she heard two knocks at her door. Someone was here! The blonde was so excited, this would actually be her first sleep over in over 10 years. She was so sure it would be a load of fun and Emily was sure she had all the essentials: snacks, Ouija board, a chick flick and of course those snack included a ton of ice cream.
She threw one last sad look at her latest cookie baking attempt lying next to her dismantled smoke detector. The dang this wouldn't stop shrilling... it ended up with a bullet inside. Needless to say, she didn't think her guest would want to eat charcoal. It was a good thing she bought some store bought cookies as a backup.
Emily opened the door to reveal a slightly nervous looking Ashlin, "AASHLIN! Hii!" With a big hug she ushered Ashlin inside, "Come in come in! Here let me take your bag!"
Emily didn't wait and in her excitement almost took Ashlin's shoulder off trying to get the bag away from her.

Blinking as she was squished and then had her bag man handled away from her she gave a little wave and a dreamy little smile once she got her balance back. "Hi Emily." As usual Emily's excitement was infectious and Ashlin felt her nervousness melting away. She still wasn't sure what one did at a sleepover though she had been told that not sleeping was high on the list. A rather silly choice in name then but then not all names were properly descriptive. Huh was that shipment coming in tomorrow or next week. She did so hope it was next week, really didn't enjoy inventory day all that much.
Removing her coat Ashlin was already in her pajamas; a baggy tank top (bright green and purple polka dots) and a pair of bright blue shorts. The outfit made the fuzzy whale slippers she was wearing all wearing all the more obvious. "Am I the first one here?" she asked curiously. She wasn't quite sure who else was attending only that she wasn't to be the only guest.

Emily grinned, "Yep so far...Kevin said he wanted to join the fun and I said that would he okay I mean he's pretty much one the girls anyway!" Like Ashlin Emily was decked out in her pjs. She was wearing a pair of sushi bottoms with an "I <3 nerds shirt" and a pair of killer rabbit slippers (a secret Santa gift for Todd last year) completed her ensamble. With a little twirl of her hand Emily took a posture of a maître asked, "Is there anything you would like drink we wait Madame Thomas? I have all kinds of soda, beer, wine..." Emily trailed off a bit, "I wasn't sure what everyone would want so I stocked up on everything!"

Charlotte sat in her car, pondering her next move. It involved getting out of the car. She was parked down the street a bit from Emily’s, a small overnight bag sitting in the passenger seat. What the HELL was she thinking? She wasn’t a ‘sleepover’ kind of girl. But Emily had been nothing but a sweetheart. And she had been the one who invited her... so here she was. Sitting in her car, in her pajamas. A coat, too... but still. Pajamas...
“This is SUCH a bad idea...” she muttered quietly.
Then she grabbed her bag and slid out of the car. Scrubbing a hand through her hair (leaving it even more wild than before), she made her way slowly up to the front door.
She knocked.

Ashlin accepted the statement rather easily, he had been wearing more makeup than she and Emily combined at the bar. She still wasn't sure quite what she thought of Kevin, but that had nothing to do with his makeup choices. She thought he pulled off the makeup rather well actually. Smiling dreamily at Emily's antics she replied after a moment of thought. "Wine please." Ashlin was usually more of a hard liquor type but the for whatever reason it felt like a wine night. Before Ashlin could further contemplate the relative pros and cons of liquor verses wine (and the utter lack of necessity for those fruity drinks that didn't even taste like alcohol) she was distracted by a knock at the door.

Emily was in the middle of uncorking a Merlot when a knock at the door distracted her.
"Oh! Another guest! Let's go see who it is Ashlin." Emily grabbed her hand and practically skipped to her door in her excitement. When the door opened it revealed a slightly bemused Charlotte.
"CHARLOTTE, YAY!" Emily squealed and gave the woman a big hug. She took her bag and said "I wasn't sure if you were going to come since you were so unsure on the phone earlier...." Emily ushered the red head into her foyer and took her coat and pointed to the other blonde standing slightly behind her, "Ashlin's here too and I was just getting her a glass of wine would you like one too?"

Emily answered the door in what were probably her pajamas, which was appropriate since this was her house and all. Charlotte smiled lopsidedly, and was about to say something when there was hugging. Surprised, Charlotte hugged her back. Then she was ushered inside. She was soooo out of her element. She relinquished her bag and her coat without protest, leaving her standing there in her Godzilla pajama bottoms and her black Dune tank top (featuring the Litany against Fear down the front in bright blue text). Her Godzilla slippers completed the ensemble.
“Um... sure,” she replied. Wine would be good. It wasn’t her usual drink of choice, but it would do. Charlotte raised a hand and gave Ashlin a small wave.
