(this is an application for my character, Gabriel Hudson, who has been reworked in order to fit the Deadly premonition universe (: )
Original Character Application
Name: Gabriel Carlton Hudson
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Place of Residence: Gabriel lives in an apartment block, on the 2nd floor of the complex.
Type of Car: Gabriel does not own a car, despite how inconvenient that may be to him. He often asks neighbours for lifts in order to get around town. Luckily for him, he doesn't live too far away from the milk barn, so it doesn’t take too much effort to walk to get groceries.
Occupation/Skills: Gabriel is a failed medical student- whose university schooling got him up to 3rd year medical studies- who now has become a freelance artist. He moved to Greenvale for the beautiful landscape, and to allow himself to focus on his work.
• Gabriel loves napping, especially (what he likes to call) “sun napping”, and can sleep on almost any surface/place.
• He also loved to read, mainly true stories of paranormal haunting.
•Gabriel has ADHD, which has been detrimental on his personality. The up side of this disorder is the fact that he is visual spatial and has a photographic memory, which assists him greatly.

Personality: Gabriel is shy and introspective, with a tendency to avoid eye contact and a nature to act awkwardly around others. He has developed a stutter over years. When he feels comfortable around person/persons, he is very affectionate for the most part, and can be easily excited.
History: Gabriel grew up in Norwich, England. He had a highly dysfunctional family, and grew up with his grandmother far away from his parents, as consequence. In his life he has been repeatedly beaten and has suffered severe hyperthermia due to his family and their line of business, whatever that is. Although he may seem like a tragic case, he is too blissfully unaware of the hardships in his life to notice, yet alone be truly affected.
RP Sample:
Gabriel was torn between Freyr’s warm tone and the nipping pain coming from everywhere, the freezing glaze that iced his body. Hot and cold. How cliché. “I…I can’t say I’m fine. Although that would be a typical answer,” he paused, idly watching the smoky clouds of hot air that rose from the other man’s mouth. He reached out his hand, twisting his wrist, causing the cloud to part and swirl and dance. “When talking about pain and stuff… things like that… explaining it accurately is like a foreign language. People explain injuries, using words I don’t understand. Like, I mean, I do understand them, but I don’t… not in that c-context…”
He decided to stop his rant and cut it short. He sometimes noticed that his words were too scattered “I’m hurt and cold, physically, but personally, emotionally, I’m okay. And you, F-F-Freyr?”
Additional Notes:
• He has a stutter
• Gabriel has a strong belief in the paranormal, brought on by his grandmothers insistent mutterings, but tends to keep his opinion to himself when it comes to such matters.
• He is epileptic and is prone to fits and seizures.
• Gabriel is a British Canadian, although his English genes are far more prominent than those of her Canadian genes.
• He has a habit of biting his lip, even to the point where he draws blood.
